WESTERN AUSTRALIA, May 1 (LSN) – Most doctors in the state of Western Australia stopped committing abortions yesterday, protesting delays in efforts to liberalize the state’s abortion law. That law,  while relatively strict on paper, had not been enforced for decades. Recent charges against two abortionists touched off a storm of controversy, with abortion supporters calling for repeal. Reacting to news of the doctors’ protest, pro-abortion groups suggested that taxpayer money be used to airlift abortion-minded mothers to hospitals where abortion “services” are still available.
