WASHINGTON, DC (LifeSiteNews) — American COVID-19 response coordinator Ashish Jha said Tuesday that the White House is monitoring “the rise of several subvariants.”

Jha made reference to alleged variants that “evade” some of the available treatments, a reference to the current COVID jabs.
Despite the seeming skepticism about alleged vaccine protection, Jha said: “I’m very confident that our vaccines will continue to work very well, certainly against protecting against serious illness.” He also said that further studies are expected to understand how much protection the jabs actually offer.
Jha urged Americans to get the bivalent COVID booster whether or not they’ve contracted the COVID virus or received previous shots. “Just like people get the flu shot each year, even if you had the flu in the past or you had a flu shot the year before, it’s really critical that everyone 12 and older should go get this updated annual COVID-19 vaccine,” said Jha.
The statements from the White House follow similar remarks by outgoing NIAID director Anthony Fauci. Fauci said last week that “we should not be surprised” if a variant that evades “the immune response that we’ve gotten from infection and/or from vaccination” emerges this winter.
According to an analysis published by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), a recent study available in the prestigious peer-reviewed journal Lancet reveals COVID-19 vaccine booster shots may be harmful to the immune system and cause significant adverse reactions.
The study also shows that eight months after a two-dose regimen, the injected have lower immune function than the unvaccinated.
The Lancet study “showed that immune function among vaccinated individuals 8 months after the administration of two doses of COVID-19 vaccine was lower than that among the unvaccinated individuals.”
Last winter saw the prevalence of the Omicron variant, which was regarded, in many cases, as less dangerous than the common cold. However, one physician-author at The Atlantic wrote an article published on October 11 wherein he warned about what he called “medium COVID.”
Dr. Benjamiin Mazer wrote that vaccinated individuals are at risk for “medium COVID” which he said shows up in the jabbed “during the middle phase of post-infection, a stretch that lasts for about 12 weeks after you get sick.”
He called this period, which he said afflicts the vaccinated, “menacing.” It “can mean a month or two of profound fatigue, crushing headaches, and vexing chest pain.”
The Conservative Party of Canada (CPC) failed spectacularly at resisting the initial COVID lockdowns and vaccine mandates that were imposed by the government on freedom-loving Canadians.
Most CPC MPs subserviently complied with Justin Trudeau and the Liberal Party in creating a police-state where our Charter Rights were regularly violated, but now Pierre Poilievre would have us believe they have turned a corner and nothing like it will ever happen again.
How can they rebuild our trust? Well, they can start by owning up to their terrible mistakes.
SIGN: The CPC must apologize for abandoning Canadians to Trudeau's COVID regime.
You will remember how freedom-loving Canadians were abandoned by the CPC, with Erin O'Toole calling for vaccine passports and most CPC MPs pearl-clutching about "vaccine hesitancy".
That was until the party realized how popular the Truckers' Convoy had become and got behind the movement.
It's quite possible the CPC would still be mute on vaccine mandates and lockdowns were it not for the heroic Freedom Convoy that converged on Ottawa.
Let's not forget the businesses, churches, schools and universities that were shuttered for months on end because of the COVID hysteria generated by politicians in Ottawa, and the CPC did nothing.
They did nothing when people started losing their livelihoods (with some Canadians even losing their lives to suicide) because of the government's deranged policy of locking people down.
The CPC must show they have learned a lesson from the COVID tyranny Canadians needlessly suffered and that they contributed to.
SIGN: Demand the CPC apologize for abandoning Canadians to Trudeau's COVID tyranny.
In yet another reminder of how disconnected from reality the CPC were, MPs like Leslyn Lewis, Marilyn Gladu and Rosemarie Falk were omitted from their "Shadow Cabinet" in November 2021 because they dared to question the COVID shots.
Canadians must still contend with vaccine mandates in some settings and the intrusive ArriveCAN system in order to re-enter the country, while we are among the last three countries in the world to continue discriminating against unvaccinated visitors who remain barred from entering.
As Pierre Poilievre takes the reigns of the CPC, conservative voters must demand an apology from the party that abandoned them during the COVID-hysteria of the past two years.
SIGN: The CPC can rebuild trust by apologizing for capitulating to Trudeau's COVID tyranny.
He added that for the jabbed, who he said are most susceptible to it, “medium COVID is as bad as it gets.”
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently approved a request from Pfizer and Moderna for Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for their new COVID-19 Omicron subvariant booster shots Wednesday. The FDA describes the boosters as bivalent, or able to fight two strains of a disease, in this case both the original COVID strain and the BA.4 and BA.5 substrains of the Omicron variant.
The EUAs for the new boosters were granted despite the fact that there were no human trials conducted for the shots, raising safety concerns. The data used to assess the jabs comes from trials conducted on mice and on previous jab data, including data on previous Pfizer and Moderna boosters designed to fight Omicron.
The White House, the FDA and the CDC have minimized or ignored a barrage of reported adverse effects, including death, from the COVID jabs since their rollout.
As of September 30, Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has received 2,320,851 vaccine adverse event reports, the great majority of which were reported in 2021, when the COVID shots were made available.
Most recently, Florida Surgeon General Joseph A. Ladapo, MD, PhD, said that the state now recommends against young men receiving Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA-based COVID-19 shots, citing risks of deadly, cardiac-related side effects.
