MADISON, Wis., May 15 (LSN) – On May 13, Judge John C. Shabaz refused a demand from the radical pro-abortion Center for Reproductive Law and Policy (CRLP) to prevent a state ban on partial-  birth abortions from going into effect.  The CRLP (Planned Parenthood’s legal arm) claimed in court that the law was so vaguely worded it would ban all abortions. Following news of the court ruling, the 22 advertised abortuaries in the state suspended their “services” in protest.
