CLEVELAND, Oct 16 (LSN) – Yuriko Kawaguchi, a 20+ week pregnant woman granted bail on an appeal in order to get an abortion, has decided to carry her baby to term. She told reporters that her attempts to find an abortionist to perform a late-term abortion were unsuccessful due to the risks involved. “I will do what I can to give it a loving and caring home,’’ she said. Kawaguchi also announced her decision to sue Judge Cleary who denied her request of probation rather than a jail term. Kawaguchi contends that Judge Cleary forbade the probation for the sole reason of preventing the abortion. The pro-life Judge denies the charge, but has said: “I’m not going to be a hypocrite. I think it worked out swell if that was her desire to abort her child that late.”
