BOSTON, Sept 2 (LSN) – Yesterday a judge refused to dismiss a lawsuit by Deborah Gaines, who is suing the Preterm abortuary in Brookline for “wrongful birth.” Four years ago Gaines went to the abortuary and ran out of it when John Salvi III began shooting in the lobby. Gaines claims that the event traumatized her so much that she was unable to enter another abortion mill to have her child aborted. Gaines is demanding that the abortuary assist her in the costs of raising the child that should have been killed. Gaines’ lawyer Chris Milne said that security at the abortuary was not sufficient. “It should have been locked; there should have been armed guards,” he said.
