TORONTO, October 31, 2002 (LifeSiteNews.com) – LifeSite has learned that Carol Ann Trueman, the woman who was charged with assault after she pepper-sprayed a pro-life counsellor in Toronto’s St. Michael’s hospital, missed her court appearance this week. A clerk appeared on Trueman’s behalf to say that she is in the Carribean visiting her mother. The judge issued a discretionary bench warrant for her arrest and she is to be in court to face the charges on November 20 at 10am at the College Park Court.
