UGANDA, Aug 26 (LSN) – Uganda’s condom-pushing AIDS program is a “time bomb leading to utter destruction,” charges the Mothers Union of Uganda, which condemns the so-called “safe sex” message being advocated by the government initiative. American Life League yesterday reported on the group’s opposition to the program. Union spokesman Mary Kasule said that young people are “torn between what the church teaches and what they see on television” and said that AIDS would continue to ravage the country unless teens practiced abstinence until marriage.
