July 1, 2021 (No Jab for Me) – Editor’s note: The following is Part 3 of a short series of articles, drawn from the research on all things related to COVID-19, by Paul Adams. Part 1 dealing with the experimental vaccines, can be found here, and Part 2 on death rates and PCR tests, here.
1. Lawsuits against COVID restrictions, vaccine, PCR tests
Let’s be very clear: To not inform a person of salient material facts pertaining to a vaccination with the malicious intent to harm or with a complete disregard to a person’s health (as was demonstrated in WW2 by the Nazi doctors experimenting on prisoners) constitutes a crime against humanity. The New England Journal of Medicine underscores that principle.
There are currently lawsuits in the works, naming Dr. Anthony Fauci as defendant, amongst others. Here is a partial list :
- Martin Ackermann, the head of the Swiss National COVID-19 Science Task Force and “any other parties to the crime,” have been charged with intentionally and successfully frightening the population in accordance with Article 258 of the Criminal Code.
- A lawsuit against the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) was filed for illegally withholding information under FOIA
- The World Health Organization (WHO), along with government officials and PCR test manufacturers are being sued by German lawyer, Dr. Reiner Fuellmich. Here is an update, and how to participate in this class action suit.
- Nurses are suing a hospital CEO for Fabricated COVID-19 Tests.
- California teachers are suing for being pressured to get an experimental vaccine, according to the press release.
- The Government of Norway is facing a crimes against humanity lawsuit.
- The UK Government will be facing a lawsuit for crimes against humanity.
- Israelis are launching a crimes against humanity lawsuit against their own Government, despite going back to normal on May 31, 2021.
- More than 100 staff sue Houston Methodist Hospital for mandating vaccines, and the judge rules against them.
- The Government of British Columbia is being sued by the Canadian Society for the Advancement of Science in Public Policy.
- The Canadian Government is facing a legal battle from the best Constitutional attorney, Rocco Galati, who wants to see Bill Gates jailed. Here is Canada’s COVID-19 death count for reference.
- Florida is suing the Federal Government and the CDC.
- The largest US Health Care Union is fighting against mandatory vaccines.
- Doctors have pled guilty to biotest fraud.
- Human Rights attorney, Leigh Dundas, is going after California for trying to vaccinate children without parental consent. She even forced Orange County to back down from vaccine passports.
- A British law firm is fighting against “No Jab, No Pay, No Job.”
- Canadian Police Officers are taking the Ontario Government to Court.
- New Zealand’s Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, is facing criminal charges for homicide.
- All members of the European Parliament have been served with a notice of liability. Part of the notice reads: “Furthermore, you may be held personally responsible for supporting CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY, defined as acts that are purposely committed as part of a widespread or systematic policy, directed against civilians, committed in furtherance of state policy.”
- A $35 Billion Class Action Suit for Crimes Against Humanity was filed in the Supreme Court of Canada.
- A Crimes Against Humanity lawsuit was filed against the “UK Government” and its “Corrupt Scientific Advisors.”
- In Greece, several lawyers are fighting against this new human rights violation under the pretext of the pandemic situation, one of whom, Mr. Nikos Antoniadis fights every day in the front lines.

And we’re just getting warmed up. If Israeli citizens have brought their government to the International Criminal Court for Crimes Against Humanity, alleging they are being coerced into taking an inadequately tested, experimental COVID injection by Pfizer, in contravention of the Nürnberg Code, then the citizens of any state (West Virginia comes to mind where young people are bribed with $100 to take the jab) have that same right and obligation. Certainly the university administrators mandating COVID vaccinations of 2.4 million students qualify for Nürnberg trials.
Certainly, California Governor Gavin Newsom qualifies, for bribing people with lotteries to get them vaccinated.

2. Informed consent
To think that kids as young as 12 are being bused to vaccine sites in Texas is enough to start a revolt. What do children know about informed consent? Where are the Sheriffs when you need them? Blind as bats, peace officers are giving medical fascism a free pass.
Attorney Thomas Renz – whose mentor is the Nuremburg prosecutor and celebrated international lawyer and scholar, Henry T. King, Jr. – devised this sample consent form as a template for using when getting an experimental vaccine.
3. HCQ approved and then banned
Therapeutics and prophylactics for coronaviruses, like Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), have been approved on the WHO, CDC and NIH websites.
But, suddenly in 2020 they were banned. Why? Because, according to FDA rules, only when there are no alternative therapeutics can untested vaccines be cleared for Emergency Use Authorization.
In 2020, the Canadian company, Apotex, was giving HCQ away. Even after the American Journal of Medicine approved the use of HCQ for Outpatients, HCQ was nowhere to be found in the US. Now, doctors are pleading that Ivermectin be used as a safe therapeutic. Here are the graphic results of use of HCQ in India.
Doctors in India and the UK are speaking out on the issue. Costa Rica already uses HCQ extensively, while Novartis donates it to Mexico. In India doctors are prescribing Ziverdo kits to treat COVID-19.
In the US, now, Budesonide, HCQ and Ivermectin can be prescribed through an online portal, courtesy of America’s Front Line Doctors.
4. Brave doctors are fighting back
America’s Front Line Doctors who try to explain the benefits of proven therapeutics are being silenced, and some have had their license suspended. A concise summary by Dr. Simone Gold, who is also an attorney and founder of America’s Front Line Doctors, is a must watch.
Hungary recently took a major step to protect children from having their innocence destroyed and being sexualized by LGBT propaganda in schools and by pornography in the mass media.

Since passage of the bill the fake news outlets from Europe to America have predictably begun to fabricate outrage and, or, simply lie about the contents of the bill. And, the corrupt European Union has also now started to attack Hungary's efforts to protect children.
For doing the hard and good thing, Hungary now needs our support.
The bill, which was passed last week, specifically prohibits showing pornographic material or content portraying homosexuality or transgenderism to minors under the age of 18. Other measures include a registry of sex offenders, regulations on sexual education, and stronger policies against child pornography.
This policy is to be welcomed as a pro-active measure against the liberal and LGBT propaganda machine which is steadily encroaching on Hungary's borders, and which threatens to tear down Christian civilization altogether.
Indeed, the same week that this law was passed in Hungary, Vienna's (Austria) deputy mayor distributed "Rainbow Family" information boxes to 350 kindergartens in the Austrian capital. And, Vienna is only about 50 miles from the Hungarian border!
But, never satisfied with corrupting the children of their own countries, LGBT activists and their accomplices in the EU have been quick to castigate Hungary, claiming that the Budapest government has "discriminated" against homosexuals with their law to protect children, and in doing so, has violated EU law.
However, Hungary's Justice Minister, Judit Varga, set the record straight in an interview with Hungarian journalists, stating:
"This is one of a number of declarations declaring certain Hungarian measures to be contrary to EU law without a thorough examination. The fake news that has taken wing in these statements is completely unfounded.
In Hungary's view, the legislation has nothing to do with EU law. The issue of subsidiarity and constitutional, national identity is a matter for the Member States. Furthermore, the European Charter of Human Rights also says that a parent has the right to determine the direction of their children's development in a culturally traditional background."
And, more broadly, Viktor Orbán, Hungary's Prime Minister, had this to say about Hungary's new law:
"The current left-wing campaign against Hungary is further proof that today, the left is the enemy of freedom, because instead of freedom of speech, they want political correctness as defined by them, and hegemony of opinion instead of a pluralism of ideas.
The new Hungarian law does not conflict with any lofty ideals or European laws. The new Hungarian law simply states clearly that only parents can decide on the sexual education of their children. Education in schools must not be in conflict with the will of parents; it must at most be supplementary, its form and content must be clearly defined and it must be subject to parental consent.
Parents also rightly expect that on platforms used by our children, pornography, sexuality for its own sake, homosexuality and gender reassignment programs should not be available. These restrictions must also be defined with surgical precision. In Hungary, no one has a say in how adults live their lives. In our view, a free adult should not have to give an account of his life in front of any secular authority — only before God when the time comes."

In addition, the British Medical Journal has broken rank and is citing corruption and suppression of science. The World Doctors Alliance has joined the resistance, while in Australia, the Covid Medical Network represents senior medical professionals going up against the establishment
Meanwhile, the former Pfizer Vice President and scientific researcher, Dr. Michael Yeadon has voiced his disgust with the medical community at large for their role in the current cover up of suitable treatments for COVID-19.
5. Changing ‘scientific’ advice
Fauci and the CDC have flip-flopped on masks, contaminated surfaces, asymptomatic spread, testing, and have only recently acknowledged that herd immunity is achieved when antibodies are spread by those who beat the disease (the 99.9%), but still recommend social distancing, only now from 6 feet to 3 feet, resulting in this lockdown map; while the UK is now promoting a 3rd jab and annual booster shots for those over 50.
Yet again, in a furtive attempt to induce fear, on May 7, 2021, the CDC revised its criteria of how this airborne virus is transmitted. The latest travel guidelines prescribe testing before and after travel for the unvaccinated, and for the inbound vaccinated travellers.
Speaking of herd immunity, the WHO changed its June 7, 2020 definition from:
“Herd immunity is the indirect protection from an infectious disease that happens when a population is immune either through vaccination or immunity developed through previous infection” to:
“Herd immunity’, also known as ‘population immunity’, is a concept used for vaccination, in which a population can be protected from a certain virus if a threshold of vaccination is reached. Herd immunity is achieved by protecting people from a virus, not by exposing them to it” on Nov. 13, 2020.
But, it again reversed its position in December 2020, with this inane statement: “Vaccines train our immune systems to create proteins that fight disease, known as ‘antibodies’, just as would happen when we are exposed to a disease, but – crucially – vaccines work without making us sick. Vaccinated people are protected from getting the disease in question and passing on the pathogen, breaking any chains of transmission.”
And, Dr. Death, Fauci, whose name will forever live in infamy, out of the blue conjured that 90% of Americans needed to be vaccinated for herd immunity to take hold.
And they keep moving the goal posts. Pfizer trials warned men to stay away from pregnant women… but now the CDC is pushing pregnant women to take an experimental biological agent without a second thought. Conscientious doctors do not allow vaccinated people in their offices in order to protect their female staff members. In Britain, 920 pregnant women lost their babies after getting “vaccinated.”
Not a word is uttered by the CDC that those who beat Covid have long term immunity.
