(LifeSiteNews) — What – and who – is behind the explosive growth of the “trans” phenomenon?
A new book by Jennifer Bilek secures her reputation as the foremost critic of transgenderism, which she terms “a glamorous ad campaign generated by elites, invested in tech and pharma, to normalize the changing of human biology.”
Transsexual Transgender Transhuman: Dispatches from The 11th Hour is a compilation of Bilek’s investigative journalism into “the technological and financial motivations behind a political agenda masquerading as a human rights movement.”
Published in July 2024, its 224 pages offer more explanatory power of this diabolical industry than anything seen in the anti-woke output of outlets such as the Daily Wire.
That Bilek is a progressive, agnostic, pro-abortion feminist is not the only point of difference. Culture war commentators have never revealed the involvement of prominent billionaires such as the Pritzkers and Martin “Martine” Rothblatt, whose considerable media and political power would prove problematic to those seeking to dominate a section of political discourse.
Bilek’s work goes far beyond mere point scoring to show exactly how and why this perverse agenda has managed to insert itself not only into the mainstream of media and entertainment, but has been enthusiastically adopted by the medical and political establishment. Its enormous success in so doing cannot be explained by whining about “woke” universities and workplaces.
It is, as Bilek points out, not only a tremendously powerful industry expert at leveraging the arguments of “human rights,” but is also the promotion of a posthuman future aimed at the destruction of the biological basis of humanity. It also has its own “religion.”
In exploring the monetization of this brand of evil, Bilek has attracted powerful critics. She is routinely accused of antisemitism for documenting the role of prominent Jewish billionaires in the creation and promotion of an agenda which “seeks to redefine reproductive norms and propel society toward a posthuman future.”
Why should faithful Catholics put aside Bilek’s commitment to abortion and read her work? After all, Bilek herself has declined an interview with LifeSiteNews on the specific ground of its defense of unborn lives. The simple answer is that Bilek’s work in this field is peerless.
In years of research on the subject, I have found no more complete or better evidenced account of the trans phenomenon. Bilek’s work indeed “traces the evolution of transsexualism from a personal fetish into an industry that commodifies human reproductive sex, particularly womanhood,” as the blurb for her volume of essays claims.
She is also skilled at rendering complex ideas simple to grasp, explaining that “this process divorces [humanity] from its biological roots and its connection to the environment, reducing human reproductive sex to medically and technologically manipulated components.”
It is a sign of the abject failure of the conservative movement generally that it has so far produced nothing to compare with the efforts of feminists such as Bilek. Clapping back at critical theory and its craziness does nothing to combat the legal, medical, and political subversion of our culture by a multibillion-dollar faction of transhumanism backed by some of the richest men in America.
In 2018, Bilek’s work was reported in The Federalist.
“I found exceedingly rich, white men with enormous cultural influence are funding the transgender lobby and various transgender organizations,” she wrote.
Who were these rich white men?
“These include but are not limited to Jennifer Pritzker [sic] (a male who identifies as transgender); George Soros; Martine Rothblatt (a male who identifies as transgender and transhumanist); Tim Gill (a gay man); Drummond Pike; Warren and Peter Buffett; Jon Stryker (a gay man); Mark Bonham (a gay man); and Ric Weiland (a deceased gay man whose philanthropy is still LGBT-oriented).”
Why does their wealth and influence matter?
“Most of these billionaires fund the transgender lobby and organizations through their own organizations, including corporations.”
Bilek was labeled antisemitic in 2021 for this piece, with bigotry added to the charge sheet in 2022. David Bernstein, who has also profited from commentary on “woke,” said in the Times of Israel that Bilek was not an antisemite – but that her terms were nonetheless “demeaning to trans people.”
Bilek went on in the same piece to document the enormous influence of the Pritzkers, whose fortune came from the Hyatt Hotels chain, in promoting the trans cult.
Their influence extends from the purchase of pharmacy chains to distribute “sex-change” hormones to the establishment of research groups in U.S. universities and medical institutions. The family is connected to WPATH, the controversial international pro-trans group, enjoyed personal access to former President Barack Obama.
In 2023, Illinois’ Democrat Gov. J.B. Pritzker went on to “remove barriers to legal access for gender change,” permitting self-identified “trans” people, including juveniles, to gain hormones and surgery with the financial assistance of the taxpayer.
The Pritzkers’ enormous power in pushing what Bilek calls “synthetic sex identities” was documented in another piece for Tablet Magazine in 2022.
Bilek’s work again provides all the receipts for her claims, which in this case was that “the wealthy, powerful, and sometimes very weird Pritzker cousins have set their sights on a new God-like goal: using gender ideology to remake human biology.”
Yet the weirdness of this cult is not confined to the Pritzker family. Martin “Martine” Rothblatt is the billionaire co-founder of SiriusXM Radio. He was named “the highest paid female CEO” of 2014 by NyMag. He has also created a robotic head of his wife, into which he hopes to implant her memories. This is not his only attempt to play God and escape the bounds of humanity through technology.
Rothblatt has created a “trans religion.” Called Terasem, he promotes its vision of the replacement of God with technology through a foundation of the same name.
Bilek documents this influential techno-fetishist in her essays, showing how his desires have powered a belief system backed by his billions to market a posthuman future. As she notes, “Children are being groomed for this future” of “transsexual transhumanism.”
Bilek’s book is far more than a directory of the diabolists behind this industry. She examines ties to vast corporations such as BlackRock, the World Economic Forum, and the porn industry, as she argues that the trans phenomenon is putting up “humanity for sale.”
She describes Biden’s assistant secretary for health, Richard “Rachel” Levine, as “a quack promoted by [a] pharma-backed group to normalize disembodiment.”
To this insult, she adds the injury of evidence – as with all her charges – showing how organized finance is behind the promotion of rights-based activism to put a “dangerous man like Dr. Rachel Levine [sic] … in the White House, spewing potentially deadly information to the public about drugs to treat children distressed about their sexed bodies[.]”
Bilek’s work does not simply complain about the fact that these people are pushed into positions of power and influence. She shows time and again how the mechanisms of society are operated by a skilled and well-financed faction whose aim is the complete corruption of humanity.
No one has given a fuller or more damning account of this demonic business than Bilek. If you find yourself lost for words to describe it, see how using hers works for you:
“Transgender is not a type of person. It is the conglomerate name for an array of corporate pressures which groom children and adults for industrial body dissociation, thus opening humanity to further corporate encroachments into our bodies.”
