(LifeSiteNews) — It’s a kind of horror scenario, in ways worse than a deadly plague or war: Hundreds of thousands of children and adults are suffering debilitating injury from a shot they were told would keep them safe. Thousands have died. Unlike the expected violence of war, or the accidental casualties of a plague, in this case the very people charged with keeping the public safe and healthy are complicit in death and injury.

Should we expect any of those responsible to own up to it? Apologize to victims? Ignore the victims? Defend themselves?

If a considerable swath of the population is in fact suffering injury from COVID-19 shots, an expectation that the medical establishment will admit to any part in it is a vain hope. We cannot look to doctors, the government, or mainstream media, who are running on cash from the same Big Pharma companies that produced the jabs. We must look to the victims and hear their stories.

This is just what the documentary “The Unseen Crisis” does. It highlights the personal testimony of women, men, and a child who were left reeling in shock and pain after COVID “vaccines” (mRNA shots) triggered overwhelming, often life-upending and excruciating physical symptoms.

Several of them lost their ability to walk, breathe, or move normally, either temporarily or indefinitely. Physical therapist Nikki Holland began to vomit profusely within 48 hours of her second Moderna shot and was on a ventilator within a week. To this day, she is in constant need of an oxygen tube. A young teen who took part in a COVID shot trial, Maddie de Garay, is wheelchair bound and can only be fed through a tube. A college student who became paralyzed in her right leg, Madeline Johnson, is only functioning normally today because of an IV transfusion from a lone doctor who was the first to offer treatment.

The video footage documenting their disabling injuries is striking. But even more so are their stories of how they have been abandoned by doctors, hospitals, vax companies, and the government.

As Dr. Paul Marik, the second most published critical care doctor in the world, put it, “We are facing a tragedy of untold proportions, which our government and their federal agencies pretend doesn’t exist.”

The film sets the stage for the victims’ stories with shocking testimony from a Pfizer clinical trial auditor and whistleblower, Brook Jackson. She relates in precise detail how she found “major problems” with the trial from the very beginning: falsified data; the missing signature of a principal investigator; failure to monitor the temperature of the vaccine; trial participants who were “unblinded” to their treatment assignment, a violation of Pfizer’s protocol; and the egregious lack of reporting of serious adverse events.

Jackson further noticed that the person responsible for preparing and injecting the vaccine during the Pfizer vaccine trial had been employed by a restaurant just before being hired by Ventavia for the vaccine trial and had no medical training at all.

Most outrageous of all, after sharing her findings with Ventavia and Pfizer, Jackson emailed them to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), only to be fired about six hours later.

The flesh-and-blood consequence of this willful abdication of oversight by the FDA, as well as by Pfizer and Ventavia, is shown by the film with a glimpse into how the harrowing vaccine reactions unfolded in the victims.

Maddie’s father, Patrick de Garay, told how she was “screaming in pain” after her second Pfizer shot, with zaps up and down her spine, migraines, tremors, severe stomach pain, and at least 20 other symptoms. She is now wheelchair-bound and has to be fed through a tube. And yet, even after her mother, Stephanie, had contacted the trial staff to inform them of her symptoms, Pfizer’s trial summary indicated that Maddie was “eventually diagnosed with functional abdominal pain.”

Stephanie shared with Republican U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin during a panel on COVID “vaccine” mandates and injuries that Pfizer, the FDA, and the CDC never even “attempted to” communicate with her family.

The injury testimonies follow: An airline pilot who collapsed with a heart attack and almost died after it was mandated that he receive the COVID jab; a nurse whose body began to shake uncontrollably, who felt like her heart was “beating out of her chest” 12 minutes after her Moderna shot; a father whose 16-year-old son died five days after his Pfizer shot.

Moreover, anecdotes in the film suggest that these victims are only the tip of the iceberg. Steve Kirsch, a successful Silicon Valley entrepreneur, shared that an acquaintance of his told him three of her relatives died about a week after their shot. At the time, he thought it was “impossible” that the COVID jabs led to their deaths.

But a week later, after asking why his carpet cleaner insisted on wearing a mask while vaccinated, Kirsch found out that he had a heart attack immediately after his COVID shot and that his wife had persistent tremors after her own COVID shot.

“A lot of my friends say, I don’t know anyone who’s died. I don’t know anyone who’s vaccine injured. I say, ‘Well, I didn’t know my carpet cleaner was vaccine injured until I asked him. It’s only if you take time out and spend your time looking at this data directly,” said Kirsch, pointing to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) data as an example, which is “flatlined” for at least two decades, and then spikes up astronomically in 2021.

The documentary bolsters the credibility of these stories by highlighting the input of distinguished doctors who affirm that widespread COVID shot injuries are real and give plausible explanations for their profession’s silence on the issue.

Dr. Marik, who pointed out that about 80% of the COVID jab symptoms are neurological (not imagined but affecting the nervous system) shared his belief that doctors are “fearful for their career” because medical agencies have already targeted those who defy the mainstream COVID narrative, even stripping them of their licenses.

Drukier’s most shocking finding is that a select group of Americans injured by the COVID shot were offered a paid stay with the National Institute of Health (NIH) for testing and treatment, according to Brianne Dressen, who suffered severe neurological reactions after participating in a COVID jab trial. Dressen was one of the lucky few to get flown to an NIH clinic for treatment, which she said reversed her symptoms.

“They know on a very intimate level about what’s going on with this. They know about micro-clotting … They know about the nervous system breakdown,” she shared, adding that the clinic emphasized that “early treatment” and calming the immune system are key.

“It kind of astonished me that I was able to get that golden ticket … when tens of thousands of Americans across this country weren’t afforded the same treatment,” Dressen said.

Why don’t more people know about this treatment? Dressen has since tried to help fill in the gaps for the “vaccine” injured with her non-profit React 19, which seeks to offer “financial, physical, and emotional support” for those suffering long-term illness.

Dressen is stepping in where government agencies won’t. Despite publicizing over 700 safety signals through VAERS, and what Dressen has counted as 21,000 injured by the COVID shot over the span of a year in the U.S. alone, the FDA refuses to publicly acknowledge harm done by the vaccines.

Dr. Peter Marks, who was appointed to oversee Operation Warp Speed’s COVID “vaccine” rollout and shortly thereafter returned to his role as chief regulator of vaccines at the FDA (a fact not mentioned in the film), told Dressen by phone, as heard in the film, that “There’s not a clear signal for the specific kinds of neurologic events” she has been reporting.

“But that’s not saying that it doesn’t exist. It just says that we don’t have a signal,” Marks can be heard saying in the recorded call.

Marks’ flimsy excuse for ignoring COVID shot injury data is key to explaining the resounding silence of federal health agencies in the face of COVID shot-induced death and injury.

His door-slam is the clincher to the deadly cocktail that enabled such a health disaster, as illuminated by Drukier: Pharma companies cut corners and deceived federal regulators, as they simultaneously enjoy legal immunity from liability; doctors are then misinformed and kept in the dark about the dangers of the COVID jabs, with the very package inserts kept “intentionally blank”; federal agencies are compromised (à la  Marks) and “hiding.”

Hope for recovery: Success stories

As dismal as this picture may seem, Drukier gives precious nuggets of hope for the recovery of those injured by the COVID shots. Three of those featured in the film who suffered severe adverse reactions (besides Dressen) have been fortunate enough to significantly improve their condition.

Stephanie tells how traveling out of state to see a holistic doctor in Oregon helped her daughter Maddie tremendously, with her condition before and after the fact like “night and day.” She doesn’t specify exactly what helped but shows that Maddie is kept on a regimen of supplements.

Madeline, whose right leg had become paralyzed and who was suffering tremors and was dismissed by doctor after doctor — with one proposing that she may have had psychosis — finally stumbled upon a naturopathic doctor who offered to help her.

Within an hour of receiving an IV full of substances her body had lost, including amino acids, glutathione, and magnesium, Madeline was able to walk and close her fists. While she shared that she has some lingering cognitive issues, twitches, and numbness in her right side, she is otherwise able to function normally.

As a nurse, Angela was privileged to have immediate medical attention from her hospital staff, who acknowledged her injury was COVID jab-related. Since then, she has tried many things to help with healing, including experimental medication, IVs, supplements, and intermittent fasting.

“I did so many things that I really can’t pinpoint one thing [that helped],” she said. The cumulative effect has been huge, bringing her almost completely back to normal: She feels she’s now functioning at “99%” capacity.

Even lacking a sufficient doctor, there are resources available to the vax-injured that can help point them to potential remedies. Through her React 19 initiative, Dressen works to educate the vaccine injured about a variety of potential treatment approaches that can be used in tandem, including intermittent fasting to stimulate autophagy, ivermectin, melatonin, magnesium, resveratrol, and even sunlight exposure.

A greater good

Remarkably, some of the injured testify in the film that despite the suffering involved they believe that their injuries brought about a greater good.

“I don’t recognize the person I am now [compared with] the person I was a year and a half ago. Although it’s a terrible thing to have ever gone through, I think I was meant to go through it,” shared Madeline, mentioning that she was able to share her story with thousands of people, including those in vaccine injury support groups, and even help talk some out of suicide.

One young woman, Josephine, said over a video call, “I’m suffering daily from my injuries. But I’m honestly grateful that this has happened, because I will never take anything for granted again.”

Maddie’s mother, Stephanie de Garay, believes helping her daughter with her illness shaped herself as a person for the better.

“God’s in this,” she said, adding that she thinks God has allowed Maddie’s injury to happen to make them “better people.”

In sharing stories of physical healing as well as testimonies of moral betterment through suffering, “Unseen Crisis” shows that besides material hope, there is a silver lining to vaccine injury, as unlikely as it may seem. For the injured themselves, this perspective shift is everything. For those fortunate enough to have evaded injury, it is an opportunity to connect the suffering with information or resources that may help them heal.

The film makes a fairly convincing case that COVID “vaccine” injury is significantly more widespread than is admitted by the mainstream, and so it is worth sharing with skeptics when possible.

However, just as important, if not more so, is the film’s potential to mobilize people, including “ready believers,” to spread awareness and assist the healing of the vaccine injured according to their ability. This is a weightier leverage point, especially because the film is not freely available to the public (it is available for viewing for $4 through an Epoch Times subscription, which can then be canceled).

This is one of the film’s unique strong points: Showing that there is ample possibility for the healing of the vax-injured and giving ideas as to how.

The film also imparts lessons that this generation and future generations should absorb to avoid making similar mistakes: Institutions are not infallible; Do your own on-the-ground research; solutions — like healing from a novel health injury — often come from thinking outside the box.

Hope of accountability may seem slim, but history shows us that even when you’re up against a giant, wins are possible.
