Opinion

Just last fall, LifeSiteNews.com decided to bring me on board to establish a US West Coast office.  Though some may think DC politics is the epicenter of all activism, 2,600 miles west of Washington DC, there are many crucial things happening in the pro-life and pro-family movement that must be reported on.

The youth movement is alive and thriving, monumental bills like Prop 8 considered year after year and a Walk for Life that’s growing at an exponential rate.  The movement is on fire!

Unfortunately, these activists have a lot on their hands.  Planned Parenthood has a stronghold on the youth of California, Washington and Oregon.  The abortion giant is in the state legislatures as well, lobbying hard for continued taxpayer funding, expanding abortion, and bringing their sex instruction programs to more schools with government funding.

Even though Planned Parenthood has been caught defrauding the government all over the country, including California, the abortion giant gets away with it due to lack of media coverage of their delinquency.

We want to do everything we can to support efforts to expose and fight Planned Parenthood with expanded coverage, but again, we need your support.

Our readership is growing at a rate we never could have anticipated.  God is blessing the work you do and, in turn, is keeping us busy with more stories and more demand for coverage.

Unfortunately, our bank account has not yet caught up with the demand for coverage.  We need your help.

There are many stories vital to activists not only here on the West Coast, but world-wide, that we just don’t have the time, personnel or resources yet to cover.

The Wild West is a pretty big place and so far we only have one person covering all of the action, part time.  We need to add to our staff and be able to send them on location.

Every exclusive, breaking story we bring to you is only possible if there is gas in the tank to get us to where the action is.

Please send a financial gift today to LifeSiteNews. And if you have already sent one, let me tell you how really grateful I am that you did.
