(LifeSiteNews) — One of the reasons that some supported, and still do support, Donald Trump was his (at least apparent) refusal to back down to those collectively known as the “Deep State.” The intelligence community in general, specifically the FBI, and possibly even a not publicly described entity of plain-clothed government employees which may be present in every city in America which participates in, among other tasks, government “nudge” operations to influence how Americans act and think, are included in this mostly secretly operating Deep State.
Of course, President Trump did not follow through with at least some of his promises to “drain the swamp” and might have trusted the wrong people. Over the last few years and even during his presidency the Deep State came back with a vengeance, and it is evident that the swamp is still going after the former president. As the Democrat Chuck Schumer warned Trump several years ago, “Let me tell you: You take on the intelligence community — they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you.”
(This leads to an obvious problem: some of the first entities America’s enemies would want to conquer would be the intelligence community and other secretly operating government entities in part due to their ability to secretly “get back at” anyone in several different ways. Such secret U.S. government entities, “the swamp,” can be shown to be a threat to national security; hence, many supported Trump’s promises to drain the swamp.)
It was later revealed that around the time of Schumer’s statement the FBI was investigating President Trump as a potentialthreat to national security. A few years ago the FBI raided Mr. Trump. Last year Mr. Trump suggested defunding the FBI, and more recently it was reported that Mr. Trump is suing the DOJ/FBI. And so on.
One point being made here is that it is clear that the FBI at minimum, might be “getting back at” former President Trump.
A question is, what effect might the FBI’s secret operations on Trump have on America’s right to vote and the outcome of the upcoming presidential election?
The answer might be found in potentially one of the most significant documents in American history (and potentially one of the most significant threats to freedom in America’s history) entitled “The Attorney General’s Guidelines on Federal Bureau of Investigation Undercover Operations.”
The authority and purpose of the FBI guidelines are explained in the document as follows:
The FBI may engage in undercover activities and undercover operations pursuant to these Guidelines that are appropriate to carry out its law enforcement responsibilities, including the conduct of preliminary inquiries, general crimes investigations, and criminal intelligence investigations (Page 2).
The document then describes how the FBI permits its employees, local law enforcement, and other cooperators to commit “otherwise illegal activity.” In other words, FBI employees, cooperators in local law enforcement, and apparently even common citizens and non-citizens (“cooperating subjects,” page 2) cooperating in the secret operation might commit crimes that are not considered crimes because some government employees permit them. The secret operations may be continually re-approved, apparently for unlimited duration (Page 11).

Finally, the FBI secret operations’ guidelines include descriptions of the “otherwise illegal activities” that the FBI, local law enforcement cooperating with the FBI, and others might commit. Operations might include otherwise illegal activity with “a significant risk of violence or physical injury to individuals or a significant risk of financial loss,” “falsely sworn testimony,” and providing false information or “untrue representations” of others’ actions (Pages 7-8).
Also importantly, the FBI guidelines also describe secret operations and apparently otherwise illegal activity which might include “[e]ngaging in activity having a significant effect on or constituting a significant intrusion into the legitimate operation of a Federal, state, or local governmental entity” (Page 6).
Of course, presidential, congressional, and local elections are “legitimate operation of a Federal, state, or local governmental entity.” And the FBI guidelines on secret operations are very clear that they might have “a significant effecton” and “significant intrusion into the legitimate operation of a Federal, state, or local governmental entity.”
And it is necessary to emphasize that these “significant intrusions into” and “significant effects on” governmental entities are secret. The FBI, local law enforcement, and others do not tell Americans that they are significantly affecting and intruding into Federal, state or local governments.
Thus, it seems reasonable to conclude that the FBI/DOJ is clearly implying that the FBI and other government entities might secretly affect and intrude into – that is, rig? – an election, without Americans knowing.
Now, again, at one time the FBI publicly stated that the FBI was investigating President Trump as a national security threat. And it is clear that at least some of the FBI is still out to get Mr. Trump. It is also worth mentioning that the FBI is a part of the executive branch of government, which is of course, partially controlled by another presidential nominee, former Attorney General and Chief Law Officer in California, and lawyer, Kamala Harris.
What, then, should Americans conclude about the FBI’s potential effect on and potential intrusion into the upcoming presidential election?
Nota Bene: This article is not intended to dissuade Americans from voting; indeed, Americans should still vote, even with the apparent potential that the FBI and other secretly operating government entities might have a significant effect on and significantly intrude into the election.
