Lisa Wilkinson, host of Australia’s Today Show, says the “Fifty Shades of Grey” film set to open Friday is “the worst movie I’ve ever seen,” and “two hours of complete drivel.”

“Don’t waste your money,” Wilkinson advises, noting the script “makes Mills & Boon read like bleedin’ Dickens.”  She describes the lead character Christian Grey as “an emotionally crippled narcissist no one could love.”

For the Today Show host, the film was “more appalling than appealing.” It is, she said, “domestic violence dressed up as erotica… and if there’s one thing this movie is not, it’s erotic.”
