The CEO of the local Planned Parenthood chapter reportedly acknowledged during cross-examination Wednesday that the abortion ‘escort’ around whom the case centers violated the company’s own policies in engaging in an altercation with MarkHouck and his son.
MarkHouck took the stand in his own defense Friday. Houck’s son, who attorneys say had been verbally harassed by the abortion ‘escort’, is also scheduled to testify.
Senator Ted Kennedy, chief sponsor of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, clearly stated that clinic escorts are excluded, because they do not provide reproductive health services in a facility.
