Court allows sexual abuse lawsuit against Fr. Rosica to proceed
The Court of Appeal for Ontario upheld a decision against Fr. Thomas Rosica that ordered the Congregation of St. Basil to pay $14,000 in legal costs in a suit that claimed he 'made unwanted physical contact' with a young priest in 2002.
