New California law blocks pro-life states from accessing data via Big Tech to enforce abortion bans
The law signed by pro-abortion Gov. Gavin Newsome will prohibit major California-based tech companies from handing over private messages and information relative to suspected illegal abortions, even if served with a law enforcement warrant.
