San Antonio will drop its ‘abortion tourism’ fund to comply with a new state law. AG Ken Paxton said taxpayers should not be subsidizing the killing of preborn babies.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing Austin after the city allocated $400,000 to fund out of state travel expenses for abortion, which Paxton says violates the state’s constitution.
'You have broken your promise to the American people not to politicize the military, and your actions have harmed and threaten to further harm institutional norms within our democracy,' the letter states.
