On Wednesday, the Alberta Crown Prosecutions Service in a statement said that 'there is no longer a reasonable likelihood of conviction in relation to Public Health Act charges involving the contravention of the disputed orders from the Chief Medical Officer of Health.'
Action4Canada founder Tanya Gaw said Pawlowski told her that 'if I go down, Canada will cease to have freedom of expression, freedom of religion, and freedom of association.'
'If I was able to give a message to our Premier, I would say, shame on you for not standing for the little man,' Pawlowski said in reaction to the verdict.
