Rand Paul reintroduces bill to permanently defund Planned Parenthood
Sen. Rand Paul reintroduced simple, one-page legislation to permanently cut off federal tax dollars to Planned Parenthood, excluding the abortion chain from public funding regardless of whatever else happens with federal abortion policy.
