Judge Daniel Coble rejected Planned Parenthood’s latest legal challenge to South Carolina’s heartbeat law after the state’s supreme court upheld the law last year.
'Less than 24 hours after the South Carolina Supreme Court upheld the Fetal Heartbeat and Protection from Abortion Act, abortions dropped by 70%' at a local Planned Parenthood,' Holly Gatling of the South Carolina Citizens for Life office said.
‘With this victory, we protect the lives of countless unborn children and reaffirm South Carolina's place as one of the most pro-life states in America,’ said Republican Gov. Henry McMaster.
