The CEO of the local Planned Parenthood chapter reportedly acknowledged during cross-examination Wednesday that the abortion ‘escort’ around whom the case centers violated the company’s own policies in engaging in an altercation with Mark Houck and his son.
The defendants are alleged to have conspired with others to spray-paint threatening messages on the pregnancy centers. Messages included: ‘If abortions aren’t safe than [sic] niether [sic] are you,’ ‘YOUR TIME IS UP!!,’ ‘WE’RE COMING for U,’ and ‘We are everywhere.’
Senator Ted Kennedy, chief sponsor of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act, clearly stated that clinic escorts are excluded, because they do not provide reproductive health services in a facility.
In just under a week, generous donors have helped the Houck family to raise almost the full $350,000 goal set on their GiveSendGo campaign to help mitigate costs following Friday's dramatic dawn FBI raid.
