Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is taking the Biden administration to court over a federal mandate which seeks to force businesses to concede on the use of sex-based bathrooms, dress codes, and pronouns as subjectively determined by employees, regardless of their actual sex.
On Tuesday, the Republican-led state Senate passed Senate Bill 1, which requires absentee voters to provide a form of identification, like a driver’s license or social security number. Senators also moved forward with legislation earlier this week to ban transgender biological males from competing against females.
