In a letter sent to bishops across America, Cardinal Wilton Gregory wrote, 'This year’s plenary indulgence provides for those pilgrims who will attend events in person and for those pilgrims who will attend events virtually due to the ongoing pandemic.'
ProLifeCon is organized by the Family Research Council and will feature several politicians, pro-life activists, and more on the same day as the now-virtual March for Life.
The March for Life has asked attendees to 'stay home' while just a small group of pro-life leaders will come together in the capital to march. However, there are still a number of in-person events happening.
