‘Mark and his family are now free of the cloud that the Biden administration threw upon them. We took on the Goliath – the full might of the United States government – and won,’ Thomas More Society attorney Peter Breen said.
‘It is abundantly clear that Mark did not violate any aspect of the FACE Act and the government’s case is without merit,’ Pro-Life Coalition of Pennsylvania spokeswoman Ashley Garecht told LifeSiteNews.
Mark Houck took the stand in his own defense Friday. Houck’s son, who attorneys say had been verbally harassed by the abortion ‘escort’, is also scheduled to testify.
The CEO of the local Planned Parenthood chapter reportedly acknowledged during cross-examination Wednesday that the abortion ‘escort’ around whom the case centers violated the company’s own policies in engaging in an altercation with Mark Houck and his son.
‘We thank God for the ability to save babies through the efforts of courageous sidewalk counselors,’ Pro-Life Coalition of Pennsylvania spokeswoman Ashley Garecht told LifeSiteNews. ‘We are appalled that the FBI and the DOJ have been weaponized into machines of harassment and intimidation to silence pro-lifer warriors like Mark Houck.’
