Former head of Trudeau Foundation admits he never questioned major donation linked to Chinese TV company
Morris Rosenberg told the House of Commons ethics committee that 'our intention was not to hide anything' and that the Foundation did not count it 'as a Chinese donation' because the money came through an intermediary with a Canadian postal address.
