On October 10 Canada’s Supreme Court may decide when life begins
Next week the case of Ivana Levkovic, who is charged under Section 243 of the Criminal Code for concealing the body of her dead child, will be brought before the Supreme Court and potentially cause lawmakers to question whether a child is a person before birth.
