Nebraskans to vote between declaring a ‘right’ to abortion or banning late-term procedures
Nebraska joins nine other states that will vote in November on ballot measures to declare a ‘right’ to abortion in their constitutions. But Nebraskans will also vote on another, conflicting amendment that would ban abortion in the second and third trimesters.
