A request for information about the Obama admin's decision to fund the New Hampshire Planned Parenthood over the state's head has dragged on for 130 days, even though it is only supposed to take 20 working days.
The bill comes at a timely moment for the gay “marriage” issue in New Hampshire, as efforts to repeal the gay “marriage” bill have stalled in the legislature.
The Obama HHS announced in September that it was going over the head of the New Hampshire state council to fund Planned Parenthood directly with a no-bid contract.
Earlier this summer the state’s Executive Council voted to redirect Planned Parenthood's $1.8 million share of Medicaid funding to clinics that do not perform abortions.
