Bill C-10 would regulate certain online media services through the creation of a new class of broadcaster called 'online undertakings.' It is this new class of broadcaster that must include more diverse content.
The hearing, entitled 'Does Section 230’s Sweeping Immunity Enable Big Tech Bad Behavior?' will be held by the 'Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation' and chaired by Sen. Roger Wicker (R-Miss).
