Jindal pledged to defund Planned Parenthood son after CMP released their undercover videos implicating the abortion organization in selling aborted baby body parts.
The Ninth Circuit rejected the ACLJ's previous appeal by arguing in essence that, since state officials "seemed to tacitly approve" of the alleged overbilling, it did not matter that Planned Parenthood's actions were illegal.
The affiliate also objects to providing information necessary for informed consent, including statements about fetal development and ability to feel pain.
Planned Parenthood and its representatives hardly need additional taxpayer dollars or the President’s celebrity fundraising appearance to make ends meet.
