Project Veritas has released two reports highlighting two videos’ worth of candid remarks by Charlie Chester, which Mediaite reported, were obtained on a series of dates with a female Veritas journalist posing as a nurse, arranged through the dating app Tinder.
The court agreed that Project Veritas had shown 'a substantial basis in law and fact that the Defendants acted with actual malice, that is, with knowledge that the statements in the Articles were false or made with reckless disregard of whether they were false or not.'
Undercover footage from Project Veritas shows Facebook's global planning lead saying, 'No king in the history of the world has been the ruler of two billion people, but Mark Zuckerberg is ... You should not have power over two billion people. I just think that’s wrong.'
The company's president said in footage released by Project Veritas: 'We’ve engaged with the (Republican National Committee) to communicate that no messages on behalf of President Trump and no messages questioning the validity or integrity of the election are allowed on our platform.'
