The annual Rally for Life is meant to emphasize that 'no vote, no act of parliament can ever make it right to kill a child,' according to the Life Institute.
With Ireland facing threats to its laws banning abortions, thousands came together from the north and south last weekend in Belfast to rally in support of life.
"Life is our most precious gift,” said Bishop Philip Boyce of the Diocese of Raphoe. “To attend or take part in it in any way is a worthwhile endeavour to pursue as Catholics."
