Religious freedom experts pointed out that since 2009 more than 50,000 Christians have been killed in Nigeria, and in India between 200 and 400 churches and 3,500 Christian homes have been attacked just since last May.
'The courts could impose draconian limits on the free speech of individuals based purely on activists' speculation about what they might say to gay or trans people,' explained Simon Calvert of The Christian Institute.
‘Our doctors have every reason to fear that if they say no, that they’re not going to, that the federal government is going to try to take away their federal funding based on that conscientious practice of medicine,’ said Chris Schandevel of Alliance Defending Freedom.
The reality is that as America becomes increasingly post-Christian, the Constitution increasingly becomes merely a piece of paper to be used and exploited by those who can use the freedoms championed by the founders for genuinely demonic ends.
The court maintained that the Virginia Circuit Court should not have dismissed Peter Vlaming’s 2019 lawsuit alleging that the West Point School District broke his contract and violated his rights to free speech and religion.
