Alberta town narrowly passes bylaw to ban ‘pride’ flags, crosswalks on public infrastructure
The small town of Westlock, Alberta passed a bylaw by a vote of 663 to 639 to make it so that only governmental flags can be flown from municipal flagpoles and that crosswalks cannot be painted patterns other than white and black.
