Sacramento Bishop Jaime Soto is encouraging clergy and laity to pray and fast, and he's hopeful that the Trump administration will restore a culture of life.
Bishop Daly exhorted the pro-life pilgrims to continue their mission with “joyful hope” because, he said, “truth will always win and life will always be victorious.”
It was beautiful and sunny day, with very little of the infamous San Francisco winds. The crowd was mostly comprised of youth, the survivors of the now 40 years of abortion on demand.
"We are here to break the bondage of the culture of death," Walk for Life co-chair Dolores Meehan told the crowd that stretched as far as the eye could see.
