West Virginia could become first state to constitutionally prohibit assisted suicide
This November, voters in West Virginia will decide whether or not to pass a constitutional amendment to prohibit assisted suicide. If they pass Amendment 1, West Virginia will become the first U.S. state to constitutionally prohibit assisted suicide.
