Second federal judge strikes down ‘Obamacare’ law in 26-state lawsuit

Pro-lifers hailed the ruling as a victory for the right to life in the United States. "Obama’s Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was the most pro-abortion piece of legislation in American history, and it unconstitutionally mandated that all Americans purchase health care," said Kristan Hawkins of Students for Life.

Pregnancy centers defeat onerous regulations in Baltimore

In 2009, abortion advocates succeeded in getting regulations passed that would require pregnancy centers to post notices in English and Spanish stating that they do not “provide or make referrals for abortion or birth-control services.” The law singled out the centers and by requiring this government notice be posted sent a message to the vulnerable women who visited that the centers sought to deceive.
