St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church was closed in the 1980s and later sold to a group of Protestants. After decades of neglect, layman Bill Price purchased the property in 2019 and has spent the last two years almost singlehandedly restoring it to its former glory. Stephen Kokx reports from Cheboygan, Michigan.
